Functional training

If your goal is to lose or gain weight, we have a program for you. We will test and assess your current condition and design a training program to accommodate you for any gym. Additionally, basic nutritional guidance is provided to help achieve your fitness goals. Personal goals, both short and long term, will be set and your training sessions will methodically work towards your goals in a effective, efficient, and safe manner.

We are advocates of proper form and posture to limit injuries and create a lifelong healthy being. Every client is coached in breathing techniques and core activation to create a strong base for greater stability. With the stable core and base, all clients are also trained in functional training for all around general wellness and functionality. 

Strength Training

Strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, an increase in metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL cholesterol. Any exercise routine will include a comprehensive strength training program.


Regardless of your previous workout experience and where you are in your pregnancy experience, we are here to help you before, during, or post pregnancy. Working on specific movements and keeping you mobile through your different trimesters. Post-natal, we will build your strength and endurance back up slowly, and help you through the hardest challenges of getting back in shape.

Whether you are new to powerlifting or feel like you have hit a plateau, we have week long programs - including nutrition - to help you get ready for competition. If competition isn't your thing, but you want to perfect and strengthen the big 3 lifts, we have your back, chest, and lower body covered.

Olympic Lifting

Looking to perfect your snatch, clean and jerk, or press? Wanting to get started? We have a general conditioning program to help you gradually perfect each lift.


Having problems moving around or getting out of bed? Unable to keep up with the kids or grandkids? We have various programs to help all ages regain mobility for a more enjoyable life and time with family.
